He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Whitt (Tharp); his children, Laura Weichamn (Tim), Brittany Ratledge, Mickey Ratledge (Niki), Billy Whitt (Stephanie) and Dave Whitt; and his sisters, Pat Luna (Ferdinand), Joann Connoly (Michael) and Betty Bee (Andre).
