He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Johnson and Rachel Tyson Mummert Johnson; his daughters, Judy Frazier and Joy Mummert; and his siblings, Bobby Tyson, Lillian Buchmyer and Delores Deaner.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Mummert (Ivy), Wendy Mummert Minks (Michael) and Tammy Mummert Aldinger (Vince); and his brother Sterling Mummert (Jan). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
