He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Clayton, Sr. and Lula Gregg Evans Blanchard; and his sister Melba Jo Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Blanchard of Perryville, MD; and his children, Michael Randall Blanchard, Patricia Lynn Nadalin and Pamela Ann Brady. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
