She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin George and Ella Frances McDowell Snelling; her husband Kenneth Dale Truslow, Sr.; and her siblings, David L. Snelling, Barbara R. Mitchell, Linda A. Snelling and Susan M. Snelling.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth "Dale" Truslow, Jr., Dana L. Rowley (Mike) and Denise E. Salmeri (Joe); her great grandchildren, Angel Baby and Oliver; her sisters, Agnes C. Mason, Sylvia E. Grove and N. Kay Snelling; and her son P. A.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the Amedisys Hospice Foundation, the Asbury Methodist Church, or Pathfinders for Autism in care of Lee A.
