He is survived by: his wife Cyndi Settlemyre; his children, Gary Alan Settlemyre, Samuel Ivan Settlemyre (Sarah) and Holly Jean Settlemyre; and his siblings, Robert Lee Settlemyre, Mary Ann Settlemyre, Joyce Ann Sweetman, Carolyn Lee Terry and David George Settlemyre, Jr.. He is also survived by sister-in-laws; brother-in laws; nieces; and nephews.
