It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Barr of Perryville, Maryland, born in North East, Maryland, who passed away on September 3, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Rockey Dean and Freda Jones Dean; her husband Willard Edward Barr; her siblings, John Howard Dean (Sonny) and Dorothy Juergens (Dottie); and her brother-in-law James Juergens.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Edward Barr, Susan Marie Fradel and Alice Ann Whitmill. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
