She was predeceased by: her husband Edwin L. "Lou" Lewis; her son Michael T. Lewis; her siblings, Raymond Blake Jr. and Audrey Ward; and her parents, Raymond Blake Sr. and Doris Blake.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon L. Kropkowski (Allan M.) of Perry Hall, Todd E. Lewis (Theresa L.) and Terri A. Reuter (Joseph C.) of Stewartstown; her grandsons, Kevin, Jason, Brent Wettengel, Ryan, Timothy Lewis, Kyle, Christian and Brady Reuter; her great grandchildren, Ava, Hannah, Madeline and Hunter Wettengel; and her sisters, Nancy Tolbert and Linda Coleman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
