She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoinette Akers and Lee O. Akers; her brothers, Thomas Akers and James Akers; and her parents-in-law, Elizabeth and Richard Wojtek.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Richard Wojtek; her sons, Christopher Wojtek (Connie) of Greensboro, NC, Timothy Wojtek of Bel Air, Robert Wojtek of Towson and Andrew Wojtek (Tyler Clarey) of New York, NY.; her grandchildren, Peyton Wojtek and Lukas Wojtek; her sister Teresa Wolf (Keith); and her brother-in-law Robert F. Wojtek (C. Ss). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In addition to creating countless hand-made baby blankets, hats, and booties for friends and family, she made several donations of handmade goods to local charities.
