Johnson (Trevor), Christina L. Taylor (Timothy) and Nancy L. Haines (Clint Dempsey); his sister Susan Fluharty; his grandchildren, Taylor Howe, Michael O'Malley (Sara), Julianna Smith, Jillian Smith and Benjamin Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Sean O'Malley and Fitz O'Malley.
