With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vicki L. Armstrong of Pasadena, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Keen and Carrie Keen; and her children, Raymond "Lenny" L. Keil, Jr. and Lisa Pfab. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Armstrong; her children, Michelle Travis, Jaci Engel, Ashley Armstrong and Ron Armstrong, Jr.; and her brother Joseph Keen. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
