He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Floody; and his siblings, William and Joan Low. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamala Murphy (Douglas), Dawn Cannaday (Harley) and Heather Floody (Guy); his grandchildren, Meghan, Ashley, Jacob (Sarah), Thomas (Leigh) and Justin (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Cecilia (FL), Lilly (FL), Sophia (FL), Bella (FL), Keira (CT), Kinsley (CT) and Brielle (CT); and his brother Richard Floody.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Veteran Help Organizations in honor of Thomas's service and dedication to his fellow veterans.
