We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2023, at the age of 90, Stephen Bell Sr. of Pasadena, Maryland, born in Atlantic City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bell and Olga Bell; his wife Lila Bell; and his brother Ivan O Bell. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Barrigar (C. Paul, Jr.) and Stephen Bell, Jr. (Carla); his grandchildren, Melinda Strevig (Dave), Calvin "Paul" Barrigar, III, Stephen Bell, III (Ellen), Zachary Bell (Alice), Andrew Bell, Jonathan Bell and Quentin Bell; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Alexandra, Dawson and Calvin IV.
