She is survived by: her parents, William Williams, Sr. and Brenda Parker; her brother William Williams, Jr. (Britt Williams); her husband Robert Manning; her children, Joshua William Manning and Karla Elizabeth Manning; and her nieces, Hunter and Grayson Williams.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
