Fazenbaker; his aunts and uncles, Maggie Wagner (Cecelia), Mikey Abbott (Clara), Roxanne Stroud (Bob) and Carol Abbott; his cousins, Sherri Wright (Jeff), Michele Murawski and Michael Abbott (Kelly); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hailey A. Beswick (Jack) and John F. Collins, Jr.; and also Ashley R. Collins (John). He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
