He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy D. Fisher; and his daughter Christina Ann Fisher. He is survived by: his mother Annamay Fisher of Pasadena, MD; his children, Ricky Fisher Jr. and Samantha Ann Fisher; and his sister Deborah Schurman. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens (2150 Mt View Rd, Marriottsville, MD 21104).
