As Melissa departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Melissa. Though Melissa may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Steven E. Smoot and Kathleen J. Henry (Wesley R. Davis); her brothers, Steven E. Smoot, Jr. (Alexandra Smoot), Raymond Bianco and Anthony Bianco; and her nieces and nephews, Blake Smoot, Caleb Smoot and Hayden Smoot.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McCully Polyniak and Collins Funeral Home (3204 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
