He is survived by: his children, Linda J. Foss (Kyle), Maurice L. Banner IV (Jennie), Beth A. Sturdevant (Mike), W. Kenneth Banner (Eden) and Gregory A. Banner (Donna); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Brandon, Lindsey, Skylar, Ashley, Ricky, Justin, Austin, Heather, Matthew, Dacia, Josie and Dylan; his great grandchild Jade; and also David L Banner of Pasadena. He is also survived by fifty nieces and nephews.
