He is survived by: his mother Hazel Smith; his aunt Mary Perrine; his daughters, Kristina Smith and Samantha Hartney; his granddaughter Vyctoria Eckhardt; his sisters, Judy Jenkins and Charlene Wayne; and his close friend Gail Coles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
