He was predeceased by: his son Paul W. Gardiner; and his parents, John Gardiner and Helen Gardiner. He is survived by: his wife Winnie R. Gardiner; and his children, Cheryl Chadwell, Wini R. Bauman (Jon), Elaine H. Collupy (Richard), Rick F. Nerud (Jill), David P. Nerud (Jennifer), Tabatha A. Jones (Doug) and John A. Gardiner, III (Terri). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Family Owned and Operated McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home (3204 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 at 8:30 AM.
