He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lee Evans, Jr. and Sarah Evans. He is survived by: his wife Jewl Evans (Collins); his children, Wesley "Alex" Evans (Leda) and Anastasia "Staci" Flanagan (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Eleanor, Evelyn Evans and Ellis Evans.
