Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Felix Marucha of Pasadena, Maryland, born in Radisson, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 97, on November 1, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Marucha and Jenny W. Marucha; his former wife Joan; and his son Steven Marucha. He is survived by: his wife Verdun France; his children, Phillip Marucha (Jamie) of Portland Oregon, Denise Marucha Flook (William) of Gainesville Georgia and Daniel Marucha (Jeanne) of Pasadena; his grandchildren, Lauren Marucha Flook Brown (Nathan) of Atlanta, Georgia, Katherine Flook Bergdale (Greg) of Flowery Branch, Jennie O'Connell (Chris) of Pasadena, Dylan Marucha (Lindsey) of Pasadena, Madeline Marucha of Portland Oregon and Thomas Marucha of Portland Oregon; and his great grandchildren, Holden, Cormac Brown, Cole and Reid Bergdale. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hardesty Funeral Home - Gambrills (851 Annapolis Rd, Gambrills, MD 21054). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the Crownsville Veterans Cemetery Chapel (1122 Sunrise Beach Rd, Crownsville, MD 21032).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a memorial donation be made in Felix's name to the Tunnels to Towers Foundation, the USO or the American Red Cross.
