He was predeceased by: his brother Bobby Dale Rogers; and his parents, James Rogers and Thelma Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis G. Rogers; his children, Jennifer Wildey (Rex), James Rogers (Marie), April Snyder (Shaun) and Joseph Rothgeb (Kristin); and his grandchildren, Krista Ashburn, Michael Ashburn, Aleah Blum (Patrick), Kaiyah Snyder, Shauna Snyder, Maddox Wildey, Briana Snyder, Cameron Rothgeb, Lincoln Wildey, Maryn Wildey, Hannah Rogers, Caitlynn Rogers and Shaun Snyder.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the McCully Polyniak and Collins Funeral Home (3204 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122).
