He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richter Sr. and Helen Richter. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Richter; his children, Bryan Richter (Terry) and Kim Mymo (Mike); and his sister Sherry Owens.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
