He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles Dove and John Dove; and his parents, John Dove and Ruth Dove. He is survived by: his wife Loretta A. Dove; his children, Kimberly Lilly, Chuck Dove (Dawn), Bill Shuey, III, Patrick Shuey, Sr. (Lesley), James Shuey (Lisa) and Michael Shuey, Sr. (Samantha); his siblings, Donald Dove, Ruth Reynolds, William Fowler, III and Deborah Silvers (Tom); his sibling-in-law Michele Powell (Greg); his grandchildren, Jessica Smith (Bill), Michael Shuey, Jr., Kenny Lilly, Jr., Billy Shuey, IV (Katie), Patrick Shuey, Jr. (Emma), Sam Shuey, Chelsey Shuey, Joesph Shuey, Rebecca Dove, Sarah Shuey, Emiley Shuey Menoche (Garrett), Gabe Shuey, Anna Dove, Christian Shuey, Caleb Shuey and Cooper Dove; his great grandchildren, Liam Pecknick, Kinsley Smith, Forrest Lilly, Maximus Shuey, Jude Shuey, Eloise Shuey and Brooklyn Shuey; and his stepfather William Fowler, Jr..
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the McCully Polyniak & Collins Funeral Home (3204 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
