He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy W. Burns and Helen Wilhelm Burns. He is survived by: his children, Allen Keith Burns, Jr. (Darlene Burns) of Middle River and Christine Blake of Glen Burnie; his grandchildren, Christopher, Preston Blake, Kristen Simon, Kelly Howe and Allen K. Burns, 3rd; and his great grandchildren, Quinn Blake, Steven, Jackson, Brayden and Henry Howe.
