He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Lee Vincent, Sr. and Myrtle Perdue Shockley; and his nephew Michael Vincent. He is survived by: his wife Claudette Farrell Vincent; his sister Diane Hammond of Salisbury; his siblings-in-law, Pat Farrell (Karen) of Flagler Beach, Florida and Elaine Vincent of Salisbury; his nieces, Kris Gosnell (Lee) of Salisbury, Jaime Alderman (Ken) of Cleveland and Nicole Ruark (Lee) of Frederick, MD; and his nephew Jordan.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in honor of Buddy to Coastal Hospice of Salisbury or Calvary Baptist Tabernacle at 337 Tilghman Rd. Salisbury, MD.
