He is survived by: his children, Frank Hall (Christy) of Salisbury Md and Donna Emm (Johnny) of Berlin; his siblings, Susan Pruitt (Don) and Robert Hall; his grandchildren, Brandon McTernan, Pamela Hall, David Brow II, Karl Hall, Ashlee Justice, John and Josh Emm; his great grandchildren, Cole, Jack Jones, Sean, Molly Brow, Raegan, Landyn and Preston Justice; and his nieces and nephews, Travis, Tas, Cara Pruitt, Melanie, Sonny Doherty, Greg, Stella and Melody Hall.
