He is survived by: his wife Lisa Michelle Tubbs; his children, Jody Ishman of Salisbury, Little Buddy Tubbs of Salisbury, Teddy Tubbs (Brittany) of Laurel, DE, Dylan Tubbs of Parsonsburg and Aaron Tubbs of Parsonsburg; his grandchildren, Landry, Harper, Dalton, Gabe, Dominic, Riley, Liam and Archer; his siblings, Renee Gruber (Ray), Simona Losiewski (Bobby) of Princess Anne, Stephanie Seefried (Kevin) of Laurel, DE, John Elliott (Lori) of Willards, Wayne Elliott of Pittsville and Billy Webster of Salisbury; and his friends, Donald Littleton, Jr., Fruitland, JB Vance of Salisbury, MD, Don Short, Jr. of Berlin, MD and Walter Gross of Parsonsburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Coastal Hospice and or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
