Willey of Parsonsburg, Maryland, born in Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Merrill Livingston and Bertie Adkins Livingston; her husband Alfred A. Willey; and her daughter Sandra Willey. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Albert Willey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
