Shannon was predeceased by: grandparent William Rowe, Sr.. Shannon is survived by: parents, Vincent Rowe and Kellee Rowe; siblings, Karen Rowe and Eric Rowe; and grandparents, Betty Rowe, Harry Glos and Ruth Poremski. Shannon is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and loving family and friends.
