We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2021, at the age of 81, Philip Young of Parkville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andrew Joseph Young, Sr. and Mary Frances Young (Brooks) of Parkville, Maryland.; his wife Elizabeth Anne (Betty); his children, John, David (Marta) and Stephanie Clayville (Brooks Clayville); and his grandsons, Patrick, Kevin, Matthew, Jackson and Harris.
