He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Young and Lenore Young (Lippold); his wife Kitty Ryan Young; his siblings, Ann McKenzie (Ambrose), Francis DeSales Young, Cap, Valentine Young, Helene Teter (Dixon) and Polly Taylor (Cas); his siblings-in-law, Patsy, Dick Gillis, Jack Ryan, James Ryan, Joanne and John Rinker; his daughter-in-law Louise Young; and his nieces and nephews, Lenore Teter, Bobby McKenzie, Johnny McKenzie, Allan Ryan, Rosemary Bottom and Anthony Fanelli.

He is survived by: his children, Paul Young, Jr. (Gail), Stephen Young (Barb), Matthew Young (Alvera), William Young (Kathleen), Mary Jane Young Treado (Christopher), Timothy Young (Virginia), Michael Young (Rhonda), Mary Beth Young Trivilino (Alan), Kevin Young (Kathy), Margaret Young Johns (Greg), David Young (Audrey) and Kathleen Young Smolley (Jeff); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jasmine, Kristine, David, Sara, Adam, Jackie, Kelly, Nick, Max, Alex, Hannah, Lindsey, Casey, Kali, Gates, Brooks, Macy, Wrona Jane and Mac; his great grandchildren, Conor, Keira, Lily, Declan, Makenna, Brayden, Caitlin, Liam, Savannah and Daxton; and his sisters-in-law, Carole Ryan and Marlene Ryan. He is also survived by her children and grandchildren; by his 32 nieces & nephews.
