She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Faisant and Kathryn Faisant (Siegert); and her siblings, Joseph "Buddy" Faisant Jr., Elise Faisant Beacham, Jeanne Faisant Gay, Suzane Kourey and Stephanie Ludwig.

She is survived by: her husband Milton Shockley Sr.; her children, Marybeth Shockley Smith (Steven) and Richard "Rick" Shockley, Jr. (Karen); and her grandchildren, Emily Smith, Kelsey Smith, Genevieve Shockley and Olin Shockley.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Disease Association, 1850 York Road, Suite D, Timonium, MD, 21093.
