She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Scott and Mary Scott (Smith) of Emmitsburg, MD.; and her spouse Gene Smith Foster. She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Scott (late Beverly) of Emmitsburg, MD, Alice Boyle (late Leo M.) of Fairfield, PA, Agnes Bentley (Paul), London and Ontario; and also, Barry Foster (Mary Lou), Jackie Potter, Sandra Bullard (Jack) and Virginia Foster. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
