She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Benson; and her grandson Mark. She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Benson, Jr. (late Juanita), Janet Lynn Smith (late Mark), Cathleen M. Rowdon (Gerald), Eugene A. Benson (Maria V. Benson) and Lisa A. Kendig (Billy); her siblings, Jean Chilcoat and Ruth Giardina; and her grandchildren, Carina, Robert, Catherine, Jeff, John, Matthew, Andrew, Christopher S. and Billy. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
