She was predeceased by: her spouse Frederick A. Johnson, Sr.; and also Gary D. Blanton. She is survived by: her children, Denise B. Kleczynski (Frank), Elaine B. Fortman, Rebecca J. Purdy (William) and Frederick A. Johnson, Jr.; her wife Sandra Blanton; her grandchildren, Mike, Chris, Bryan, Will, Cory, Nicole, Jessica and Luke; her great grandchildren, Bodie and Leo; her sibling Martha H. Senter; and also James N. Blanton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
