He is survived by: his wife Mary Marlene Rinehart; his daughter Deborah L. Kitzmiller (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Matthew E. Kitzmiller (Katina) and Sarah M. Weber (Michael); his great grandchildren, Andrew M. Weber and Joseph T. Weber; his siblings, Diane Lynn Baker and Harry M. Rinehart (Lois); and his friend Doug Dixon.
