III Carter (Jeorgeanne) of Bonaire, GA, Samuel Wayne Carter (Jenna) of Grand Forks, ND, Kenneth E. Carter, Jr. of Baltimore, MD, Thomas J. Carter of Baltimore, MD and Emily R. Carter of Baltimore, MD; and his great grandchildren, Regan Carter, Corbin Carter, Everleigh Carter and Reese Carter.
