Charlotte M. (Mentzer) Cordell Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlotte M. (Mentzer) Cordell of Parkville, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Charlotte M. is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Charlotte M.'s spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles R. Mentzer and Nettie P. Mentzer (Burns); and her husband Richard E. Cordell. She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Cordell of Bel Air, MD, Robert Cordell of Reisterstown, MD and Timothy Cordell of Middle River, MD; and her sister Nancy Woodring of Chambersburg, PA. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harbaugh Church Cemetery.
