It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Rachel Eckhart Frazier (Parkville, Maryland), who passed away on July 27, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Audrey Rhoten and Betty Selby; and also Raymond Frazier. She is survived by: her spouse Fred Eckhart III; her children, Vicki Taylor (Jason) and David Frazier (Stacey); her stepchildren, Angel Eckhart of Fred Eckhart and Matthew Eckhart (Stefanie); her siblings, Harold Thompson, Doris Smith and Joyce Johns (Robert); and her grandchildren, Aidhan, Haley and Gavin.
