She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hilse and Beatrice Hilse (Matthews); her husband James L. Rosier, Sr.; and her son James L. Rosier Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl L. Rosier, Kimberly A. Lovo of Hampstead, MD and Dana M. Oehlsen (Steven) of Hampstead, MD; her sisters, Bertha Matthews of Parkton, MD and Patricia Cranston of Parkton, MD; and her grandchildren, Erin M. Welch (Brandon), Kevin A. Oehlsen, Anthony J. C. Lovo and Daniel J. Oehlsen.
