He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Richards, Sr. and Grace L. Richards; his brothers, George E. Richards, Jr., John Robert Richards, James Richards, Sr., Wendell Richards and Charles Richards; his son Ronnie E. Seipp, Sr.; and his grandson Joshua Richards.
He is survived by: his sister Janice Graham of Hampstead; his children, Donna Richards of Manchester, Connie Toston (Butch) of Manchester, Bonnie Richards of Pennsylvania and Randy Seipp (Cherie) of Manchester; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Seipp; and his grandchildren, Heather Hadden, Jessica Lizura, Ashlee Richards, Ronnie E. Seipp, Jr., Jeremy Seipp, Jacob Seipp, Tiffany Stephan, April Weaver, Kevin Weaver, Jenny Richards, Julia Neiderer, Justin Ramsey, Lee Seipp and Luetta Seipp. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
