He is survived by: his wife Faye Inez Stone; his children, Linda Tippett, Richard Earl Stone, Jr. (Mary), Cynthia Ann Stone (Darius), Heather Marie Stone and Kimberly Dawn Stone (Danny); his grandchildren, Nicole Tippett, Courtney Bryant (Kevin), Bobbie Tippett (Tuck), Joseph Stone (Skylar), Michael Knott (Cheyenne), James Stone, Sr. (Kaylynn) and Jamie Knott; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Alvey, Marcus Alvey of Malachi Tucker, K. J, Bryant, Charlie Woodburn, Kingston Stone, Michael Knott, Jr., Ronnie Knott, James Stone, Jr., Raelynn Stone, Kaison Stone, Savannah Smith, Kaylee Woodburn, Kenna Bryant, Brielle Jones Hurley, Richard Stone, Jr. and James Stone.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brinsfield Funeral Home (22955 Hollywood Rd, Leonardtown, MD 20650). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (22020 Chancellors Run Rd, Great Mills, MD 20634).
