It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rufino Vinluan Jr. of Oxon Hill, Maryland, who passed away on November 14, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Helen S. Vinluan; his children, Rufino J. Vinluan, III of Fort Washington, MD., Joyce Vinluan of Fort Washington, MD. and Vladimir V. Vinluan (Buddy) of National Harbor, MD; and his grandchildren, Gabriella, Nico and Rocco.
