It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Natalie Carolyn Shinnick (Oxford, Maryland), born in Federalsburg, Maryland, who passed away on March 19, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Reagan and Katherine August; her daughters, Donna Shinnick, Robin Shinnick and Kim Fogle (Jay); her granddaughters, Sarah Fogle and Lauren Fogle; her brother Dale Reagan; and her husband Roger Shinnick.
