Mohammad Ali Ghodsi Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2024, at the age of 88, Mohammad Ali Ghodsi (Oxford, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Assadolah Ghodsi and Asyeh Deylami. He is survived by: his wife Nasrin Kazerani Ghodsi; his children, Dr. Abdi Ghodsi, Dr. Newsha Ghodsi, Tamilla Ghodsi and Dr. Zuleika Ghodsi; his children-in-law, Manijeh Khalaj, Sassan Safay, Bijan Ayromloo and Dr. Ali Soulati; his sister Shamsi; his grandchildren, Reza, Andrew, Keion, Saaman, Shayan, Hanna, Heleah, Maire, Anya, Kianna, Jian and Arya; and also, Ali Reza Kazerani, Nona Kazerani Hunter, Jodi Kazerani, John Hunter and Yahya.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that for those who are able and would like to memorialize Amir make donations to the Amir and Nasrin Ghodsi Family Medical Scholarship at the University of Iowa Medical School (http://givetoiowa.org.), the American Red Cross to whom we are grateful for all the blood and platelets that kept Amir alive for the last two years, or any other charity of your choice that supports orphans, who Amir supported throughout his life.
