He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Henry Parkes and Margaret Giles; and his siblings, Ida McCann and Patrick Parkes. He is survived by: his daughter Anne Thomas of Downingtown, PA; and his grandson Tristan Parkes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
