Swartz (Oxford, Maryland), born in Annapolis, Maryland, who passed away on April 28, 2019, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas L. Swartz, Sr. and Phyllis Dominick (Tony) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his siblings, Thomas L. Swartz, Jr. of Easton and Maria L. Swartz of Annapolis; and his stepsiblings, Lori R. Dominick of Greenbelt, MD, Kimberly M. Dominick of Cambridge, MD and Anthony Dominick, III of Baltimore.
