He is survived by: his children, William B. "Skipper" King, Jr. of Owings, Robert H. King (Patti) of Prince Frederick, Scarlett Coblentz (Andy) of Frederick and Douglas Alan King (Amy) of Owings; his grandchildren, Leah Coblentz, Jonathan Coblentz (Jacqueline), Schylur, Vallen, Brody King, Heather and Bruce Lyons; his great grandchildren, Rachel, Juniper and James Coblentz; and his sisters, Alma Ford and Shirley Ewald.
