He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norris and Gertrude Norris; and his brother Patrick Norris. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Ferguson Norris; his siblings, Ann Sweeney, Ray Norris, David Norris, Michael Norris, Ronald Norris and Teddy Norris; his children, Hollie Brogunier (Carl) and Chris Norris; his stepchildren, Donny Ferguson, Jan Peregoy and Shelley Ferguson; his grandchildren, Nathan Brogunier, Allyson Brogunier, Lyndsey Stephens and Derek Ferguson; and his great grandchild Jolene Stephens. He is also survived by his 7 siblings.
No immediate services will be held due to COVID-19.
